Barry Walker, M.Ed., LMHC
Clinical Instructor
Barry Walker is a New York State licensed psychotherapist with a careerlong interest in states of consciousness and somatic states as the basis of characterological and personality structure. Walker is committed to the belief that anxiety lies at the basis of all pathology, hence healing in the psychic realm can be achieved only as safety and consciousness itself is allowed freely to evolve. Walker’s research investigates the role of music in expanding access to psychic and somatic states that lie beyond language and active memory.
